i’m the creator of wavework™: the birth rehearsal method, a system that weaves biomechanics, fascia science, breath, and altered-state physiology to prepare women for true physiological birth.
for over a decade, i’ve walked with women at the edge of the childbirth portal and watched a painful pattern repeat: they did the classes, the plans, the affirmations, and the hypnobirthing, but when intensity hit, their nervous systems defaulted to bracing, freezing, or leaving their bodies to cope.
